Delivery Policy

Orders will be processed in 1 to 5 business days after order is placed.

Shipping will be done through USPS and can take 2 to 5 days to arrive within the USA. These are estimates provided by USPS and Enchanted Jade is not responsible for any delay in package arrival due to USPS. 

Please be aware that all shipping will take longer in the holiday seasons and items will be shipped as soon as possible in hopes they will arrive to you in a timely manor.

Since all items are shipped through USPS, we at Enchanted Jade cannot be responsible for damage that happens during transit. However, we always want to see our customers happy and will offer a refund or replacement of items damaged in transit.

Please contact customerservice@enchantedjade.com and attach pictures of your damaged items. Most of our items here at Enchanted Jade are one of a kind so in most cases a refund is the easiest course of action.
